About Dandelion Chocolate

Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District. We travel the globe to meet farmers and source cacao beans that we bring to San Francisco. In our factory, we sort, crack, roast, melange, temper, and foil our chocolate bars. Our chocolate is made with just two ingredients, cacao and sugar, so that the individual flavor of each bean shines through.

Amazing chocolate starts with amazing people. Much of our process is done by hand and it's up to each person to help us improve our craft. We look for individuals who go above and beyond, who are adaptable, and who work well in teams. Learning is an essential part of the Dandelion Chocolate experience and we especially appreciate people who can work with their team members to pick up new skills quickly and who see challenges as new learning opportunities.

We invest in our people and while we know that no job is forever, we hope that each team member will become a stronger, better person because of their time here.
